An addendum to PAS24:2022 was published in 2024, impacting security testing standards, and will be incorporated into the upcoming revision of Approved Document Q (ADQ) in building regulations.

These changes driven by weaknesses identified in existing product design, introduce stricter attack testing methods and will extend ADQ’s scope from new builds to include refurbishment projects
