Trulock

Trulock is a multi-point locking system suited for use with timber and composite doors in the social housing and new build markets.

Designed to meet the user’s requirements and for ease of use, the Trulock locking system is available as lever operated, key operated or split follower. What’s more, Trulock is approved by the Police ‘Secured by Design’ security initiative.

25mm throw tensile steel hooks
High security nickel plated steel hooks fully engage the keep rail and help prevent forcing the sash and frame apart. Low operating forces provided by unique 4.5mm chamfered steel hooks and a robust gearbox.

Heavy duty steel keeps
Heavy duty keeps manufactured using high grade steel, plated to comply with Grade 4 corrosion resistance BS EN1670.

Latch and centre deadbolt
Precision engineered alloy sprung latch and nickel plated steel deadbolt provides Trulock with maximum strength in the centre of the door.

High performance gearbox
Tested to 100,000 cycles, the sprung gearbox offers the lowest possible operating forces and helps prevent handle ‘droop’.

Cylinders and handles
Designed to harmonise with the Winkhaus range of security europrofile cylinders, Armorshield cylinder guard and Winkhaus XR6-51 Kitemark profile cylinder (KM531333).

Lifetime Adaptability

Trulock is a part of the ‘Winkhaus Family of Locks’ with exactly the same routing details as the Winkhaus Cobra, Thunderbolt™ and autoLock AV2 and AV3 locking mechanisms allowing the locks to be interchanged for user requirements or building use.
