Responsibilities
Support the Fire Door Product Manager in maintaining the 3rd Party Certification associated with fire, smoke and security fire doorsets.
Role responsibilities include:
- Work with Inter-departmental personnel, customers or suppliers both home and abroad to ensure that product specifications, quality and stock levels meet the demands of the company and its customers.
- Investigate customer specific fire door requirements.
- Support sales team with technically related customer visits.
- Seek out new markets and product opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to keep abreast of market and product developments.
- Maintain and develop compliance scheme relationships ensuring reciprocal information regarding product and system developments.
Experience
The successful candidate will already have good knowledge of fire doorsets having worked for a fabricator, sold compliant fire door solutions or held a technical role associated with compliant fire door solutions.
The role is based from our offices in Kettering with some travel required to support continued compliance.
